 Mujhe june-july se hamstring pain hona shuru hua tha kabhi bhi achanak se hojata tha major 8 august m hua. Uske bad m 19 september tk is se constant preshan rha fir mene exercise drop ki to shi hogya or ye 7-8 bar hua april 2024 tk kafi kafi din k gap m shi hota end m jake m sb band krdeta exercise (jo ghr m krta tha as a yoga) to ye pain 1-2 din m shi hojata. Fir muje pta chala youtube pr video dekh ke ek coach ki iska reason hai exercise jo sacrum k ligament ko stretch krti hai. Jese.- Child pose, surya namaskar, hanuman dand fir mene ye krna rokdia or lgbhg ek month se nhi kia to muje hamstring mein issue nhi aya hai.

7-9 April Right Hamstring Pain Managment

 Mein 7 april ki ratko sone se phle khra tha ye bed comfortable nhi lgta mere room wala daily sone k hisab s urvashi se. us se phle ekdm life totally normal chlri thi mst kam kr rha tha plot p jara tha pani dalra tha sb kam kr rha tha gaddi mein jana or game khelna daily basis pr. 8 APRIL 2024 10:00am - Then, mein morning utha to hams m right side pain tha jb bed se uthke chlta pure din rha. Jab bed se uthke chlta to hota then thodi der chlne k bad kam feel hota. or SI joint k just niche thoda sa outer side 1 inch bhi hlka feel tha pr wha pain ya cramp ni lgra tha. mene rest krne ka decide kia. 11:00pm - Pain same sa hi tha bs itna fark tha pure din thoda sa rest kia ki uthke jaha phle 3-4 mins. chlne k bad khtm hota tha ab 40-50 second m hora tha fir normal sa hojata. 

23 FEB - 25 FEB- Situation Fix Tech

 Feb 8 ko hams m like nerve pain type tha asa lgta tha hoskta h muscle pain ho or fir wo bichme shi bhi hogya tha and all but leave let's come to the topic current SITUATION.

Dec 10 - Sitbone pain fixed, Hams fixed

 Sitbone m jo issue tha wo 15-20 november tk hogya tha resolve. uske bad thoda sa uska hogya tha suru hams ka bagpat road pr rolls khane gye the jb uske bad fir uthaa to hams tear lge ya hykes tight laptne s hue honge. game khlke utha to gluteus medius m keda limping hori thi m 1-2 din rest krke fir b gym gya pain m. But, then mene therapy k 3 session liye koi improvement nhi kyuki m hams ki continue m exercise kr rha tha mene fir hams ki exercise band ki around 2-3rd december. or around 7-8th december tk 90% aram agya or abhi aj soke utha.\ 10th december m to issue bs si joint k niche ek point pr h only right side jo phle left m hua krta tha.

3 October 2023 - Pain in Sitbone Only

 No Medication  Supplement - Boswellia, Magnesium only  Pain level - 0.5  Stiffness - 0  I got only issue when I sit, I feel left sitbone hurting on down site a bit unconfortable kind of.  1 september se no doctor visit, no meds. sochra hu KP saini s milu. Upper khi pain nhi h SI joint ya Piriformis pr jra b na stiffness only sitbone.  Doctor s milke kraleta hu sayad Bursitis h ye kabi theek ni hua isko or udadeta h jldi s jldi. NOTE - FIXED BY OWN

Day 13-23 - September 6 - September 13

 PAIN LEVEL - 0 STIFFNESS - 0  SOMETIME SACRUM OR PIRIFORMIS SQUEEZ KIND PAIN OR IRRITATION - 2 I Dropped miofree on 5th of september since no meds i have taken. Yesterday swim bhi kiya bhot shi raha sab and mast hai abhi.  Kabhi kabhi halka bhot kuch second k liye kuch minute k liye hojata h but hlke se rest s ya apne ap wo shi bhi hojata hai. Kal walk kr rha tha jese rat to sacrum wala hlka sa hua 5-6 kadam bad shi.  Jese right leg m shi hone k bad kabi kabi pinch krta tha fir wo hona bhi band hogya same hora hai good sign.

Day 12 - September 5

Morning Pain Level - 0 Morning Stiffness - 0  jo kal rat tk stiffness level 3 thi abhi wo 0 hai, abhi heatpack lere h suba ko or exercise krenge ache se thoda and then let's see. last time pain killer chorne k 2 din bad pain again charamseema pr tha is bar asa nhi hai. pain in control hai which means I healed this time. Mistake - sitting was my major mistake without exercising my glutes ever. Evening Pain Level - 0 Evening Stiffness - 2 kabi ander ki side kabi niche kabi side m stifness lgti h hlki bhot walk s shi hojati h letne pr lgti h. yes i am on old stage and healed. even after meds I am fine bs thodi si stiffness lgti h or kuch nhi exercise se ye bhi shi hojaegi.
