I got only issue when I sit, I feel left sitbone hurting on down site a bit unconfortable kind of.

Fir muje pta chala youtube pr video dekh ke ek coach ki iska reason hai exercise jo sacrum k ligament ko stretch krti hai. Jese.- Child pose, surya namaskar, hanuman dand fir mene ye krna rokdia or lgbhg ek month se nhi kia to muje hamstring mein issue nhi aya hai.
