Day 13-23 - September 6 - September 13

 PAIN LEVEL - 0 STIFFNESS - 0  SOMETIME SACRUM OR PIRIFORMIS SQUEEZ KIND PAIN OR IRRITATION - 2 I Dropped miofree on 5th of september since no meds i have taken. Yesterday swim bhi kiya bhot shi raha sab and mast hai abhi.  Kabhi kabhi halka bhot kuch second k liye kuch minute k liye hojata h but hlke se rest s ya apne ap wo shi bhi hojata hai. Kal walk kr rha tha jese rat to sacrum wala hlka sa hua 5-6 kadam bad shi.  Jese right leg m shi hone k bad kabi kabi pinch krta tha fir wo hona bhi band hogya same hora hai good sign.

Day 12 - September 5

Morning Pain Level - 0 Morning Stiffness - 0  jo kal rat tk stiffness level 3 thi abhi wo 0 hai, abhi heatpack lere h suba ko or exercise krenge ache se thoda and then let's see. last time pain killer chorne k 2 din bad pain again charamseema pr tha is bar asa nhi hai. pain in control hai which means I healed this time. Mistake - sitting was my major mistake without exercising my glutes ever. Evening Pain Level - 0 Evening Stiffness - 2 kabi ander ki side kabi niche kabi side m stifness lgti h hlki bhot walk s shi hojati h letne pr lgti h. yes i am on old stage and healed. even after meds I am fine bs thodi si stiffness lgti h or kuch nhi exercise se ye bhi shi hojaegi.

Day 11 - 4 September

 Aj subha utha no pain killer nothing pain in control everything is great. Aj fir m passport k kam k liye gya like 1-1.5hour lga gaddi m or wha plastic chair pr betrhne m total. koi as such issue ni hua. BAS HA RATKO STIFFNESS LGI WO WSI BOR HORA THA ISLEA YA KESE PTA NHI. baki pain nhi tha jra bhi. PAIN LEVEL - 0  STIFNESS - 3-4 (Starts in evening)

Day 9-10 - 2-3 September

 I take miofree yesterday at evening. Today I will leave the tablet and continue with exercise only. PAIN LEVEL 2 SEPT - 2 PAIN LEVEL 3 SEPT - 1 Glutes thode strong feel hore hai ab. Aj subha utha walk krke aya bhar thodi si fir ander ki fir exercise ki then uper gya wha 20 min dhup m betha or ghuma. ISSUE - 2 Din s sone m dikt hai bs ankh kai bar khuli h, syd kyuki side s letne ko man krta h. thoda or strong hojae sb fir soenge.

Day 7-8 - August 31 - September 1

 Tablet - 1 miofree morning  30 August ko last day tha doctor k pas or pain tha niche sacrum mein niche s3,s4 k 1 side. fir laser or needle hone k bad b aram to tha ni kuch or doctor ne kaha ab ekdm shi ho ab jrurt ni pdegi ane ki.  M shocked tha but vishwas kra or next day m utha to shi m wo dard bhi khtm or hams wala hlka bhot tha wo b shi 31 august 2023 ko. Or fir 1 september kko bhi sab shi jbki kal mene milkcake bhi khai. 31 tarik ko fir mene - squats mare, exercise kri low reps 4-5 intensity k sath ulte lethke leg raise and bridge or squats 7 mare. 1 september ko 10 squats and same exercise. Aj 1 september hai aj m miofree tablet dupher k khane k bad lunga 1.5 din delayed.
