jo kal rat tk stiffness level 3 thi abhi wo 0 hai, abhi heatpack lere h suba ko or exercise krenge ache se thoda and then let's see. last time pain killer chorne k 2 din bad pain again charamseema pr tha is bar asa nhi hai. pain in control hai which means I healed this time.

Mistake - sitting was my major mistake without exercising my glutes ever.

kabi ander ki side kabi niche kabi side m stifness lgti h hlki bhot walk s shi hojati h letne pr lgti h. yes i am on old stage and healed. even after meds I am fine bs thodi si stiffness lgti h or kuch nhi exercise se ye bhi shi hojaegi.
